NEWS NEWS NEWS NEWS NEWS NEWS
Hello,
I thought it was about time I brought you all up to speed again with what's been happening and gave you some of my news.
I do hope that this finds you all well, happy and content and getting on well with everything that you have to do and still have the time and energy left to do what you want to do.
As always life has been very busy for me dashing around working as usual.
To those of you who came to my, 'So you want to be a medium' course in July at the AFC, thank you so much for making it such a successful week.
I am always amazed at the way in which you all come together so quickly and bond, not just spiritually but as friends. I know that many of you stay in touch long after the course has come to an end and I truly am honoured that you enjoy the courses enough to maintain those links afterwards. I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
There are two things that I am very excited to tell you about, firstly, I was approached recently by The New Statesman magazine who asked if I would be interested in writing four pieces for their online Faith Column. Well I had to think about it for about 3 seconds before I said yes!
Why don't you have a look, leave a comment on their website, it's always good to share ideas and thoughts and have other peoples opinions voiced. www.newstatesman.com/blogs/the-faith-column
I would also appreciate if some of you would take two minutes and leave me a message on my guestbook, when I check the statistics on my site that is one of the most read pages and I would love to be able to share some your thoughts and comments with those who stop by. www.libbyclark.biz
I will be posting some new pictures on the gallery soon, thank you to Colin, (Love & Light) who took some of them for me; can you find yourself on there?
Finally, on the Sunday 23rd September my service of acceptance takes place for my Officiant's award. So I then become Libby Clark OSNU.
I am so honoured to have achieved this and look forward to my work as an Officiant. This means that although I have already taken weddings, namings, blessings and funerals I may now be approached more frequently in my new official capacity. It is always a privilege to undertake services for people and for me the important aspect is ensuring that each service is created for that individual and is appropriate and a true celebration of the occasion.
Watch my website gallery for the pictures; I will post them on there as soon as possible.
Thank you to those of you who have helped, supported, laughed and cried with me, you are the people that make my work so wonderful and I hope that we can meet again soon. Till then, be well, be happy, may your journey always be interesting and full of Spirit.
Love and hugs

About Libby
Libby has been aware of the spirit world from being a small child, but with her paternal grandmother being mediumistic and her Grandfather being a working trance medium there was always going to be a strong potential for mediumship within. It was never strange if her grandmother said she had been talking to ‘Mrs Smith’, it would just be the thought, ‘Oh yes she is one of the dead ones’.
Communicating with spirit was just like coming home and although Libby was 16 before she entered a Spiritualist Church it was for her a very natural and simple continuation of her pathway. Within 18 months she was taking her first Church service and has never looked back. In those early days she was guided by some of the UK’s finest mediums, Gordon Higginson, Glynn Edwards and Robin Stevens to name just a few.
Based in Nottinghamshire for over 28 years Libby has worked as a Spiritualist Medium, traveling the length and breadth of the UK. Throughout this time she has gained a great deal of experience and a higher profile within the Spiritualist movement serving Spiritualist Churches groups, organizations and private individuals, undertaking Church services, demonstrations of Mediumship, private sittings, healing, workshops, seminars and teaching groups. If you would be interested in Libby working for you please contact her through this site.
In more recent years she has been working extensively overseas including, Italy, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Southern Ireland and the USA. Teaching a range of subjects from relaxation and meditation skills through to all aspects of Mediumship, Healing, Trance, Awareness and Sensitivity. She enjoys teaching Philosophy, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills and over the last fifteen years has gained experience and skills in the fields of stress management and personal development and is a fully qualified Counsellor and Life Coach.
For several years Libby has been privileged to be a Course Organiser and Tutor at the Arthur Findlay College and thoroughly enjoys teaching and sharing with her students, many of whom return again and again to continue their spiritual and personal education under Libby’s expert guidance. Her courses at the College are always very well supported, check out the comments in the guestbook to see what the students thought. |
