Absent healing, sometimes known as Distance healing, is about sending healing to someone (or even to an animal or place) without them being physically present.
It is accepted that thoughts are living things, as we think, so we are.
As Spiritual healers, we know that absent healing can be equally as powerful and successful as when the person is actually there with the healer.
So, for the purposes of Libby’s absent healing list here we just focus on sending a positive thought to each of the people whose names appear on the list and focus on sending positive, loving, healing energy that is what will flow to each name vibration.
